Vintagechurch.cc has some great stuff out there for youth ministries.  The resources on their site are freely contributed by others in order to share the wealth, so to speak.

Here's a brief description for a FREE student discipleship program they are offering:

"To kick off the new year in student ministries, we launched a student discipleship program called “220″ which was based off a passage of scripture from Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

In order for a student to complete the 220 Discipleship Program, they must complete three steps. First, they must COMMIT to six weeks of Bible study and complete a study guide that goes along with each study. Then, they must INVITE at least one unsaved friend to a student church service. Finally, they must DEVOTE and pledge their life to Christ in front of their friends in a graduation style ceremony."

3. CD Labels that we used to duplicate CDs and DVDs of the messages for students who missed a week to catch up.
4. Our 220 prayer team response cards and name tags.
