If you have been in ministry very long at all, you have almost certainly felt the desire to throw in the towel and quit.  After over 10 years in ministry, I can certainly empathize with you.  And while the other jobs are often more attractive (especially when things are tough), I don't want you to fall into the "grass is always greener" mentality.  Mark Cox, Student Pastor at Indian Springs Baptist Church in Little Rock, has got some great things to say to those who are on the brink of burnout.
