I have to admit, I have some "youth minister" pet peeves.  No, not the ones about the teens.  I'm talking about my pet peeves AGAINST other youth workers that end up giving all youth workers a bad name.  Just like as the name of Aaron Helman's website (SmarterYouthMinistry.com) encourages us to be, we need to be smarter and get beyond these bad habits.
